AILLA License Agreement"I, _____________________________________________, recorded or otherwise participated in the creation of the materials that I hereby donate to AILLA's archive with the permission of the speaker(s). I grant AILLA permission to publish electronically, distribute copies on CD or other distribution media, transfer copies to other archives and otherwise use and authorize others to use the archival materials for any other nonprofit educational purpose, consistent with any access restrictions I have imposed on the materials in this deposit. I also grant AILLA permission to publish, distribute copies, transfer to other archives, and use for any nonprofit purpose, the metadata that describes these resources. I retain all other rights in the materials that I may have by virtue of having made the recording, text, or other items in the deposit, including without limitation, the right to copy, distribute and publish the materials and incorporate them in whole or in part into other works." Note: This agreement does not take away any rights from the depositor or any other creator of these materials; all parties to the creation of the materials retain all of their original rights. |
